Things seem to have settled out here between cat and dog. There are moments when kitty gets his own idea of how to speak to the Liam, but overall his attitude has been drastically adjusted. I have put Liam on a supplement and yogurt. I think there have been some improvements in his overall health and well being.
Time will be the true determining factor.

Last year you helped me greatly with my horse who didn't want to travel in my float. I'll be forever grateful for the way everything turned out. He now travels beautifully and relaxed, is never a problem to load so I'm one happy horse owner. You might remember the big grey, called Monty.

Mr. Northern,

As I spoke to you last evening, I had taken Charity down to the Arena to let her walk around and do her own thing which she did the entire time I spoke with you. A friend had come into the arena while I was on the phone with you, once off the phone I had explained to him, who you were and what you had said, and where she said the ailments were. He looked at me like I was a bit crazy for calling you.

Just as I told him about her vertebra's being out and that I could possibly fix it myself with a tail pull.......Charity walked to the center with us, walked right past me and stopped with her hindquarters facing me. I asked her if she wanted a tail pull right now? She backed up and squared up for the tug. I pulled.....my friend was in shock and a little mystified. I gave her a rub too. She had a choice of being there in the center or walking off......and she stayed in the center.

I explained to him that you had helped me in the past, as well as many of my friends horses in Maui. She is very tender to the left of her tail and I rubbed her down as much as I could in the spots you pointed out. Her left hoof is her Club Foot, and there is something going on with it.......I will be tracking down a farrier who knows about Balancing. I thought I felt the heat you spoke of.......As for her teeth, It was dark so I had a hard time seeing anything.........I will try to get to the barn this earlier this evening........and contact someone to come check her out.

She actually pinned her ears at me when I rolled her right shoulder, that was a very very sore spot, but she stayed and allowed me to rub it a bit more, I will continue to work these areas for her.

My friend will be helping me find a more suitable stabling arrangement for her........with the turn out option, which I know she would benefit from. It may not be this month but I told Charity I would look more aggressively for a place she might like better.

Thank you so much Mr. Northern, I appreciate your help, I will keep you posted on her progress, as best I can. She tolerates so much from me, I really want her to be happy and feel the best she can, I love this horse so very much, she is my happy thought.

Thank you, Thank You, Thank you, :)

By the way you helped me with my horses last year as I had a boy that was mistreated as a youngster and I am pleased to say you helped a great deal- Gizmo was always worried about the bridle and sometimes I couldn't catch him. After you spoke to him I couldn't NOT catch him as he would come and see me if I went near the paddock and he would sulk if I just caught his paddock mate. I was never fully able to put the bridle over his ears but I was able to take it of over his ears. Also he decided he loved me to scratch his ears and it was actually quite nice. I have now re homed him and he has settled better than I thought he would and his attitude hasn't changed also he is so much happier my impression was that after you spoke to him he felt understood which helped him grow so thank you and I hope you can help again.

Thank You

RACHAEL

Mr. Northern, You gave a reading on Jack a couple of weeks ago by phone. He is the red and white dog that had had a seizure and I wanted to see if we could find a reason for it. Well, during your reading you said he was basically fine and healthy but when you got to his mouth you said he was sore on the right side, back by the hinge of the jaw. The left side was fine.

About two weeks later we noticed a lump in that spot. We took him to the vet and he has had surgery and a biopsy of the tumor and it is malignant melanoma.

Perhaps the seizures (he has had one more) are due to another tumor up there even though you said you saw nothing or perhaps toxins released by the tumor in the mouth. Anyway, after much thought and discussion we have decided not to treat the cancer but to make his life as comfortable as possible in the time he has left. He is 11 1/2 and we feel we would be fighting a losing battle at this age.

In your experience do animals anticipate their death? Can he understand us as we discuss him? Can he "see" our thoughts? Are we upsetting him by this discussion?

Do the other dogs know anything? Do they communicate this sort of thing with each other? These are just basic questions everyone has, I guess. Anyway, you were "spot on" with that reading.

Hello Again,
Just a note to let you know that my cell phone was found.
In my truck ! just like you said.
When you told me that it was covered up . I went back and tore that truck apart. I still could not find it.
My friend Steve borrowed my truck the next day...and called me and told me he had it.
It was covered up by the dash..just like you said. It was where I used to put my lose change.
I just couldn't believe it!
Thank You Very Much.
God Love
Joni

Aloha Mr. Northern, I spoke with you on Sunday and Monday morning I had my husband pull Savell's hind shoes. I have not checked Savell for soundness as I promised him some time off. And as you said, he is uneven on both hind feet. My vet looked at him today and he agreed that the hind feet were not balanced. I must tell you something funny. My husband, Richard, an older cowboy, went up to Savell on Sunday and said "I herd you had a long distance phone call today"Savell curled his lip in Richards face. The next day, I asked him the same question and he did the same thing to me. After grooming, I asked him about the communication and he curled his lip again and came right to my face with a nuzzle. This is not something he does normally. Thank you so much for your help. Aloha and mahalo, Royce

Hi Bill...Jacque Beck, the chiropractor from Kula, worked on Pepper yesterday afternoon. My boy has a serious TMJ case that affects his back and shoulders. He was tight everywhere especially the areas you mentioned. Remember when you said his headaches may have been caused by a bite? (Teeth involved). In any event, you are right on the kini-po-po, as usual. I'll massage the meridians to try to relieve the discomfort until we can get the equine dentist here (in August)

We took a brush to Pepper after his adjustment, and all was back to normal. Now with Dr. B. coming this Sunday, it'll just reinforce Jacque's good work and help Pepper along. mahalo, Pat

My husband and I have 3 race horses in training. Our trainer is wonderful; she does her best to make sure the horses are fat, shiny, fit and most of all happy. We were winning some races. Yet there seemed to be something missing. And what was missing was Bill Northern.

Bill started having conversations with these horses about 1 year ago. And as most humans we really did not think that what he was saying the horses were saying was really so. After all I was talking with him on the phone and he was talking to my horse through his angels. How strange is that?? Why would I do something for my horses based on this

Well??

He told me things that only I, my trainer or the horse would know. Such as my mare did not like her jockey because during the race he hit her on the right side and she was sore on that side, and after all she knows what she is doing and does not need anyone to hit her. OK fine! So Bill and I and my mare had another conversation. She told Bill which jockey she liked and how she wanted to run. She likes to trail the field and come on at the end and no hitting. We told the new jockey to carry his whip in his left hand and when it is time for her to make her move shake it at her. She won by 4 lengths and on the backside was 6 lengths behind the last horse.

Now I am back on the phone with Bill to find out about the other two horses. One of them wanted to run up front, not the best place for a distance horse. He had had a bad bump into the rail and almost went down so he wanted to be away from all the other horses. We got the jockey he wanted and he won.

The other one during a conversation with Bill a year ago told him she was sore and she was. We turned her out for a year. When we brought her back I am on the phone with Bill. We found her the jockey of her choice and how she wanted to run. She runs the short distance and she wants to break easy and settle for a few strides before starting to run. A lot of the shorter races are lost by settling at the break. But this is how she wants to run and we honored it. Out of 3 starts since her year off she has been second twice and won her last race by 6 lengths.

When I finally started to really listen to what Bill was saying my horses were saying the results have been amazing. We have had 6 starts; we have been first 3 times, second twice and one third and they all did it their way.

I thank you Bill but most of all my horses thank you.

I would like to arrange to have you talk with my horse Valentine. A friend of mine told me about you and that you were successful in helping a friend of hers with her horse. And, most recently, a coworker who works in our Georgia office had you spend some time with his mare. He was very excited and impressed with your technique.

Received your card today in the mail, no I won't worry about being considered coo coo! I do believe in Angels and the work that you are doing I have always felt that we should ever completely doubt things we don't quite understand. My sweet loving Mother taught me to never doubt things we don't understand but also never take them for granted either, but rather embrace them and search for the truth and you will know who is being honest and who isn't by listening to your heart. I was given a gift of being a pretty good judge of people, that's not to say that I have never been wrong because I have, but it is not very often. I feel you are a genuine caring person who can and have helped many people and their animals. I can be skeptical of people at times but it is usually those who brag and not just share information with you with no strings attached. I really believe you are a fine man and I hope God continues to bless you through out the new year. Take Care, Ron

Hi Bill, Just thought I would give you a follow up on my progress with my horse Maggie. I took her to the Vet today and they found she has "pedal osteitis" which is a thing left over from an old abscess that she had some time ago. My Vet feels this was causing the lameness and in turn causing the soreness in her shoulders. So my farrier came out and we have done some corrective shoeing on her and started her on some antibiotics and will be giving her 2 weeks rest before I start riding her again. As to my riding balance I have begun a search for a riding instructor that I feel I can use and will help me with my balance problem. Thanks for your help in guiding me in the right direction. Some people that I have told about you are quite skeptical since you didn't know just what the exact problem was with Maggie's foot, but I say it was all worth while since you did get me started in the right direction by causing me to take Maggie and have her checked out by my Vet and Farrier and I do believe that I do have a balance problem that needs to be addressed. Thanks again for your help if you wish to post this on your web site please feel free to do so.

Hi Bill,

I just thought Id drop you a line to let you know how Blondie (James Mackie Drive, Woodhill, New Zealand) is getting on.
We had the back man out to see him last week and he had a vertebrae that was out.
The back man dooffed (the only word I can find to describe what he did) it back in to place and he seems to be much better. The girl who is riding him for me says that he has never felt more level.
So thanks for your help. Hopefully he will stay well now and we will find him a home he deserves.

Kind regards

Elspeth

THANK YOU SO MUCH!!! You are right! also you called around the exact time I found her at the Humane Society she was up for adoption. Will call you next time feel you are very good!!!

Spike

Hi Bill, just a quick update on Spike and I. I have taken note of all his comments and changed things accordingly. Our relationship has been taken to a new level, one of great intimacy and laughter.... now that I know the bugger has such a sense of humor!!!!

I would like to contact you in a week or so, to do an update and check that the changes are working. Dealing with you has really pricked my interest in communication skills... I would love to improve mine, from healthy intuition, to a true understanding.
Any advice would be greatly appreciated!! Also, the other horse you communicated with here.. we seem to have finally solved his back problems!! He is a far more relaxed, comfortable animal!! Thanks for all your help, Gabrielle
